Each week, Student Leaders will be looking for Random Acts of Kindness within our School. Each week, new leaves will be added of those students who have demonstrated Random Acts of Kindness.

Gratitude is “the feeling or quality of being grateful, the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.”
The mental health benefits of gratitude are endless. There is an increased self-esteem, a feeling of accomplishment, positive emotions and thoughts, and enhanced mood.
